To reset your PIN, you must do so from your mobile device. We are unable to reset it for you.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Go to the IQ Wealth app on your device and select Manage Accounts.
- On the Accounts page, next to your profile, click Delete in blue.
- Confirm that you wish to remove the user.
- Re-register your device by clicking the Continue button.
- Enter your username (which should be your email address) and the password you created upon registration. Click Next.
- Enter and confirm your new PIN.
